Aspirations
Here's a list of some of the core features intended for this site:
- Allow the public to vew images and PDF's. Other document types are TBD
- Allow the public to download any document, or, if only paper copy, direct them to the town center to view them.
- Strong login process to allow only dept staff to add/ edit/ delete Documents
- Process for staff to make backups of the site for storage elsewhere
- Primary target will be computer access, future intent is for phones/ tablets
- Operate as a standalone website or as part of the PV town center website
- Future capabilities:
- Considering adding ability for public to add comments to documents, likely only after they register at the site and have ability for staff to review comments before accepting them
- Area for guests to upload documents that they want to share with the department
